Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy To ensure the highest quality of service and availability for all artists, All The Smoke Studios operates under the following cancellation policy: Standard Window: Rescheduling or cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session start time incur no penalty. Late Cancellation (12–24 Hours): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 12 and 24 hours of the session will be charged 50% of the deposit. Last-Minute Cancellation & No-Shows (Under 12 Hours): Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session, or failure to show up for a booked slot, will be charged 100% of the deposit. Note: Session time is reserved exclusively for you. These fees help cover the cost of the studio space and the engineer’s committed time.
